Is it illegal to cross at an intersection of a closed road. I take Bruce County Rd. 20 to work but it intersects at Highway 21. To get to work, I have to cross at the intersection of Highway 21 and Bruce County Rd. 20. My issue is that Highway 21 is often closed during the winter - is it illegal for me to cross at that intersection if Highway 21 is closed? There is no other option for me in which to travel to work.
