Is Lake Superior brownstone available for purchase? I want thin-cut stones to use as paving tiles in my Wisconsin lake home. In addition to its historical/regional interest, I hope the dark color and density of the stone will make it a good heat collection and storage material in a passive solar heated room. Please share your experiences.
