Is John's father named Tom Carpenter, and originally from NY? If so, and if he was in the Air Force in Kansas City, MO at Richards-Gebauer AFB in 1958-1960, I would like him to contact me at hlong7@tampabay.rr.com.

I have been trying to locate Tom and get in touch with him since then. John looks so much like Tom Carpenter did back then, that I thought there might be a chance he is Tom's son.
