Iosif Shklovsky name is mentioned in an article from the eminent Soviet Journal: Sputnik Is the moon the creation of intelligence by Mikhail Vasin and Alexander Shcherbakov, scientists. I am writing a book on the moon and would like to place that article or something from Iosif along the same lines in my book. I cannot find a way to locate Mikhail Vasin or Alexander to get there permission. Is there an article in Iosif's files that might work or do you know of a way to contact Mikhail or Alexander by E mail? I will give credit in my book for any article and permission.
