An event is soon to occur in Bob's area which will affect Eve's area (1 if by land, 2 if by sea, 3 if by air, 4 if...). The event has 1000 possible outcomes. Bob and Eve already share a list of the 1000 possible outcomes numbered in an agreed order.

Bob sequentially sends to Eve 10 entangled particles and both store the particles in such a way that the order is clear.

When the event happens, Bob quickly locates the outcome in the list and gets it's number. For the sake of the discussion, let's say that the outcome is possibility number eleven.

Eleven in binary (using 10 bits) is 0/000/001/011 so Bob measures the spin on the first, second, and fourth particle.

Eve immediately notices that at least one particle in her collection has declared its spin. She notes the resulting binary number based on the particle order, locates the description, and immediately bets her whole life savings on that outcome.

Is this a possible instantaneous transfer of information?
