I am searching for information on my great uncle.


My records from the War Department (original documents from WWII) state that he was killed May 25, 1943 in Casablanca, Morroco, North Africa. I'm not sure how he would have been killed there prior to being deployed there. Your records show they were not deployed to the French Morocco until 3 June 1943.
