In the quran , Muhammad is considered a perfect man. even in satsang his name is taken .but in some hadith it is written that he hurted his wife, he tortured a man for money,he called women ungrateful. so which statement is true? and should we consider him as a saint?

Saints come in human form, before they become saint they have human life and karma to go through. i am not sure if ever would have tortured anyone, but even guru's have some karma to go through.
sache patshah (huzoor maharaj sawan shah) had hurt his leg and had to be in bed for so long, before he became our master - all karma.
