In the movie, the big man Richard Kiel comes to the mining camp with LaHood's son. After a brief altercation, the Preacher hits Kiel, with a hammer, in the head and in the groan. He then helps him up and tells him to put some ice on it. He rides off requesting ice. Where was he going to get ice from in the old West? It this a mistake?
