In the Kingdom of God what is the nature of the identity of the elect? I guess they do not remember their names while mortal. But do they even remember any details of their mortal existence? How much of the mortal existence is stripped away? Can they recognize, indeed would they be interested in recognizing former loved ones, especially all the trivial sometimes sordid details that are a part of any mortal relationship? Do they recall the many 'great' questions they pondered while mortal and receive answers, or is all such stuff so trivial once they just know everything. If there is no recollection of their mortal existence, then there is no apparent continuity, and if so what does it mean for a mortal to enter the Kingdom.

The very illusion of time as a linear concept is a creation of God. God exists outside of temporality, and all actions and their consequences retain their relevance through God.
