In the Japanese restaurant scene, pistone/brasco refused to take his shoes off, which was customary to the japanese. Did that really really happen, because I believe they (Bonnano Crew) would have made him take them off for their security sake. Did they actually kicked the living daylights out of the waiter? I read book long before movie, but can't remember that scene being mentioned.
