In one of the early chapters of Porterhouse Blue, there is a paragraph that describes Skullion's attitude to 'change'. A friend of mine has recently been assigned to a position of Change Manager in his organisation and I thought Skullion's view would be an ideal starting point for his role. Sadly, I lent my copy of the book to a friend some time ago and it seems to have disappeared into the ether and the local library does not hold a copy. I would be very grateful to anyone who could send me a transcript of the relevant paragraph.
