In either "Men In Blue" or "Special Operations", Jason Washington suggests to Matthew Payne that he should take his new snub nose .38 to the police range and discover for himself that it does not have very good accuracy. Can somebody tell me the book and chapter that the suggestion occurred? I want to read it again, but I have forgotten where I first read it.
