In Montreal, Quebec, there are parking signs on the streets indicating 60 min. maximum. A car was parked under such a sign for 40 min. Then it was replaced 10-15 meters ahead and left for another 40 min. A ticket was issued by a parking inspector saying that the prescribed time was exceeded. I wonder if those two parking spaces were counted as one? Is it possible to contest the ticket in court?
