I'm very new to Cryo EM. However, recently I've started viewing my sample under Cryo EM and my sample is not sticking to the ice part. 90% of my sample stick to the carbon which is not useful at all. Was wondering if I can change anything on the membrane so that my sample sticks to the ice and I can collect many pictures. I need around 10000 pictures. Helllppp!

Any help or comments will be appreciated.
