I'm trying to identify a uniform. I think it is an old US Naval officer, but can't be sure. Sand/tan coloured shirt, white hat with 1 gold anchor. The black epaulettes have two crossed anchors & a single gold braid below....

I'm trying to identify a uniform. I think it is an old US Naval officer, but can't be sure.
Sand/tan coloured shirt, white hat with 1 gold anchor. The black epaulettes have two crossed anchors & a single gold braid below.
