I'm stuck at the end of act five. I used the walkthrough to double check I didn't miss any steps (I even watched the youtube walkthrough) and I've done everything. My problem....I can't see the JN letter from Alana's desk anywhere in my documents even though I grabbed it. Then, the maid won't properly finish checking the 'strengh test' and now she's completely disappeared so I can't finish act five. All I have left is the finish the strength test and I've done everything. I find out that Brewster is the strongest and then the maid disappears. Now I'm wandering around with nothing left to do, stuck.
