I'm going to prepare 3D cylindrical scaffolds from PHA with height of 7mm and diameter of 3mm. Anyone did the similar research by using solvent casting/salt leaching method? May I know 2g of PHA can produce how many scaffold of the above dimentions?Usually, how many gram of sieved NaCl is needed/how many gram of PHA ? The amount of chloroform needed for how many gram of PHA?
