I'm doing some genealogy work and want to know if one of my ancestors captained this particular 'Rose', as it says in what I have been able to find out about him, that his sloop Rose was confiscated. It had previously been used to sail from Connecticut to Antigua. His name was Arthur Rexford. Any info would be appreciated.
