I'm doing a paper on the ancient Greek Navy and am trying to explore the numbers of ships that have been mentioned in various historical writings. In doing so I am using the iformation on the Olympias that you all have so graciously put in this site. In reading this I understand that it took about 2 years to construct the Olympias. Can you tell me the approximate number of man-hours went into the building of the ship, and/or how many people worked on its construction?
