I'm a black manager and i'm kool with all my employees and i'm the type that speak up when i see wrong because my thing is due to that we are at a at will state and you can get fired for no reason then why not say what's on your mind and what i have found out that it's alot of workplace silence and why,because just as anyone else we have the same rights so why is it so much work place silence? everytime time something goes on everybody comes and vent to me when i can only listen and i tell them that a closed mouth can't get fed and your silence will get you fired quicker thsn keepin your mouth shut beacause everybody who has a handbook it tells you that any problems talk to managment and if that doesn't work then take it higher but the one thing i've learned is that they will speak up to someone on the street putting your life and others in danger
