I have all proof that the fool trying to sue me for a mobile home that I live in but is owned by my sister and her husband. He claims it was on concrete (not true) it was on rail road ties sitting on top of the ground. He claims it was located on property that he owned our right(not true) at the time I moved the home with permission of my sister he did not have his name on a single thing in relation to property. He does now as of May 2011. I moved the house December of 2010. All of this came about after my oldest grand-daughter age 11 told me he had been exposing himself to her since she was 8. I went straight to the sheriff and turned him in. They could not arrest him because he was not in public and he didn't touch her. He had her touch him by rubbing his back repeatedly and even admitted to the officers that he got aroused. I cannot get an attorney because of cost and Legal Aide turned me down because of heavy case load in their office. I filed for a dismissal and was informed that the Judge is not required to even look at all of my paper work. His attorney filed for a denial of dismissal. What more can I do on my own now? Court is set for March 7, 2012. I must admit that I am not a strong person emotionally and I am having a hard time not to cry all the time about this whole mess. Any suggestions will be welcomed.
