I'd appreciate HELP in tracking down an allusion by Ludwig Binswanger,
in his "The Case Of Ellen West," wherein he writes:

"It is, in the words of Paul Claudel, a most
impressive example of the "dismal alchemy of
the tomb" (alchimie funeste de la tombe)."

Is this phrase something that Paul Claudel actually wrote, and if so,
where??
