Iam a level 5 mailhandler equipment operater and my hours are 11pm-730am during the night a level 4 mailhandler is put up to drive a forklift his hours are 8pm-430am at 2am he is up driving and goes on 3 hours of overtime till 730am . our union steward says there is nothing he can do about this , I believe he is wrong i do not get any overtime at all. what recoarse do i have if any ??
