Interprovincial Lottery Corporation

I would really like to congratulate the interprovincial lottery corporation on its stroke of luck in the ending of Super 7. What better way to end Super 7 by having no one win for almost 2 months, to drive up sales and thus assist in building up a war chest to support a new game with big payouts and unknown risk of success. Not to mention that mysteriously the jackpot is won on the final draw after going so long without a winner and thus saving the lottery corporation with having to come up with a plan to determine a winner if there wasn't one on the final draw.

Is it another coincidence that Lotto Max went without a winner until the vaunted 50 million dollar jackpot was reached? As soon as the 50 million dollar level was reached a winning ticket was drawn.

It's no wonder that I have heard many people; including myself question just how "random" the numbers picked by the lottery corporation are. According to the WCLC web site a series of balls are drawn at random under strict supervision. Since information on all number combinations are in the ILC computers prior to the draw how hard would it be to tamper with the weight of the numbered balls to ensure that no winning combination is drawn?

Maybe I am just being a conspiracy theorist but you have to admit recently there have been far too many lottery scandals uncovered across the country to accept all of IPC’s good fortune has been do to good luck.
