I wish to create a private hunting zones for people who love hunting. Say for example a place where people can hunt partridge, water fowls, ducks and fishes in shallow artificial river using only air rifles, air pistols, bow-arrow,catapult. the game birds and fishes would be provided enough are to evade the hunters to make it more fun and thrilling. the hunter can then chose to eat the animal. I want to know whether it can be done using birds produced in captivity. No animals would be taken from wild including fishes. Does it attract animal cruelty laws? what kind of permission required for the purpose with respect to setting up such a resort.
