I was wondering if it is possible to use the 'Trainable Segmentation plugin' on fiji or imagej to select or highlight one of the features you trained into the segmentation plugin?

This way I could train for a certain feature, select it on an entire stack (or at least single image and make a macro for the stack), and manipulate it as I see fit. The purpose would be so that I would not have to manually select my Features of interest, and I could do it in an automated way.
