National Statistics Office (Philippines)

I was required by the Department of Foreign Affairs to secure a Local Civil Registry Birth Certificate which is to be authenticated by my local National Statistics Office here in Baguio City when I applied for a passport. And in the process I had to go all way back to my folks hometown in our province (which I hardly know of since we moved in this city when I was still a month old) just to get one. All this because my NSO issued birth certificate was "unreadable".
Is there a way that your personnel could make my birth certificate on your file much more clearer. My old Local Civil Registry BC issued way back in 1979 is much more comprehensible than that which was uploaded in your system.
Thank you.

Sa totoo lang ganyan din ung problem ko eh. I need to go back to where i started! pero thats their process eh,
> get the local copy of your bc, present it to the dfa together with the unreadable NSO copy.

then malalaman mo n kapag kumuha ka ulit ng Birth cert mo from NSO ung unreadable pa din ang makukuha mo! so mas maganda kung magpa SECOND ENDORSEMENT ka nalang... long process pero worth it!
know all in this site! https://www.facebook.com/nso.birth.certificate.delivery

dyan ko lang din nlaman ang mga dapat kong gwin!
