I was recently in Gwangju, South Korea. I visited the "Street of Duck Soup". The Oritang is fantastic!
But I cannot find a recipe on-line, only descriptions (I know that it is a soup/stew). I cannot find a Korean cookbook listing Oritang, is any of my local bookstores. Can anyone out there send a recipe for Oritang?
