I was recently beaten and made to endured severe pain by 6 laughting co20 officers in London.
I did not resist.
I was not charged with any offence.
I have looked on the internet at their past History - and realise that there is a 0.18% succes rate of complaints out of 5241 complaints since 2005.
I have been made aware that these officers have been issued with a new style Handcuff that joins very close together - unlike the traditional cuffs with a chain joining them.
These handcuffs were used to cause intense pain - to the extent that any bump or turning on a 1 Hour ride to the police station was severe. with intermittent jerking of the cuffs by the officers to check i was ok!?
My hands are still numb 2 days later.
Does anyone know how long it may take to recover feeling to my fingers and that i may be able to resume playing tennis again?
Can anyone tell me more about the use of these special handcuffs, and their use generally.
