I was reading the news paper about the camaras in police vehical to scan plates.
Is their a way that a bar code could be added on liecense plates that can be scaned and it could be combined with a bar code on the divers liecense. How this would work is when a person gets a new divers liecense a bar code with his name and a random number would be on the bar code, and when this person recieves a new plate the drivers liecense bar code is scaned and then the Liecense plate code is scand combining a record of owership. IF the vehical is sold the bar code that was scand into the system would be transfered to the new owners liecense information.
