I was given a promotion to customer service Manager.salarey was low.my director advised to take the title as customer service supervisor and there be room for progression.The job dicriptions where the same.I was lead to beleive I was working towards the promotion.On the 4th March I handed in a letter for the intent for maternity.The ops manager annouced they will be recruiting for a customer care manager.This was the same the job with a differet title.I checked the job role for the customer care manager and it was identical to my current job.The ops Manager received legal advise and then come back to me and offered for me to apply for the job.The customer care manager job description has changed from what I orginally saw.I was given an admendment to my job description stuff was taken off and put on the customer care descripton.I seeked further advise and I have opened a claim with the employment tribunal in error
