I was contacted in Skype by somebody claiming to be LTG William B. Caldwell with his photograph. I removed him from Skype at his insistence. Now he contacts me at Yahoo. I read in a website that his wife and four children died in Australia in a car accident and he also endorsed it.I don't know what to make of it. I would like you to clear true picture. If it is a scam then it is improper to use identity of such a highly decorated general of US army.
