I was a 23 year old Royal Marine of 40 Commando flown from Singapore with a small boats team to Dacca and on to the Bhola disaster area in November 1970.
I had a reporter as a passenger in my boat and was photographed calming children when helicopters arrived from H.M.S.Triumph and H.M.S.Intrepid. I am trying to find the newspaper title and article. I think the paper was a Sunday and the article and photo was a centre spread.
Can anybody help or advise.
