i want to start a small business here beside of our house in Tagaytay city (Philippines). what is the criteria, materials, specification, or place for a small tilapia business? it is just for barangay or a small town only. for example to start at 300pcs tilapia.. the only source of water in our place is our faucet. we used this water for cooking and we drink this also. is this quality of water the tilapia can live and grow?
