I want to know the name of the justice who headed the commission to enquire & investigate the murder of Gandhiji. I also want to know about the extent of powers given to it. Because I was told that ther was no chance to the convicts to appeal to any other courts challenging the judgement of this commission.The findings of the commission was FINAL.Is it true?
