I want the option to send/transfer credit from 1 claro number to another or to a modem number, here in Jamaica customer service does not have the option to do it for the customer even though the service message a customer gets is that the "service is unavailable to try back later"......Can some one please let me know why customer care in Jamaica does not have a lot of options to help the customers. Thanks
