I served with VA-95 in the Persian Gulf aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. We were in the gulf from July-Dec of 1993. Am I eligible for the Kuwait Liberation Medal? I retird in Jan of 1994 so wasn't on active duty when the medal was created.
