I rented a town house in Bloemfontein for a period of 15 months. We moved out and relocated back to CT. I asked the propety agent for my deposit back, now they are billing me for repairs to the propety more than what my deposit was. All repairs that need to be condicted is normal wear and tear. When I gave the keys to them they were happy with the propety, now they dont want to pay. What can I do to get my money back. I have lived in a lot of rental propeties and never have I ever lost my deposit. I need this money for our next place.
