I recently started making apple wine I am using a recipe book from 1974. From the mesurements on my hydromiter it says that the alcohol content is going to be 7% I would like to raise it to 10%- 12% but I am not a chemist and very new to wine making. If anybody has the know how to do it please contact me. Or if you have any other tips.
