I recently purchased an Enviro Milan pellet stove insert. I can not get it to run in the lowest setting. In level 2 it will run for 6-7 hours and then fill with pellets and shut down. I have tried everything please help. Also the glass gets really black after only a few hours. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
