I recently found some old military documents from 1903-1908 these papers deal with court-marshals and possibly the designs for the submarine and or weapons (projectiles)of the future i believe these papers were written by 1st lieutenant fredric w.heinrichs jr 1908 who was an judges advocate as well as a court marshal lawyer can anyone tell me about any of this this report was sent to washington on july 21,1908 all tables and charts all documents are stamped with official seal and origionated fron the war dept. headquarters dept. of the gulf.the sub documents start out with"GUNS AND PROJECTILES OF THE MAN OF WAR OF THE FUTURE"ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS TOOBOOCOO@SBCGLOBAL.NET
