I am not a doctor or mycologist, but I believe consuming them would pose no greater risk than potentiated nausea. This prequel to fantastic fungal experiences is not infrequently noted with even the freshest boomers. Psilocybin mushrooms are generally not seen as any more physiologically toxic than low dose aspirin and I haven't heard of a single fatality attributable to their biological effects. The decade in isolation may actually have degraded the psilocybin/psilocin content if they were fresh and unrefrigerated. In this case, you may find that little if any intoxication will occur. The only other issue is a additional fungal tissue collecting over the years, I bet that would be related to how they were sealed. The only way to know would be to munch on 3.5 grams yourself, if they were dry when lost, you might still have a great little stash of antibiotic miracle. Advise it to be heard however, that if they do make you a little queasy to begin with, do not flip out and jump off a roof. In fact, do not engage in any kind of risky behavior at all, nasty little incidents are almost solely responsible for all the growing anti-shroom prohibition we see today.
