I read a book by an author I'd like to read again, but can't remember the title or the author's name. The main character was a woman who lived in a really small apartment (it's not Kinsey Milhone), solved crimes, and only owned 250 things at any one time. If she got something new, she got rid of something she had so she only owned 250 things. Help, someone, please. I've been trying to remember for 6 months.
