I purchased a very old print on canvas entitled "John Bunyun in jail, 1667. It is streched on a wood frame. On the back of the wood frame it is marked "no. 302 of ??" I cannot make out the rest of the writing, The print is signed by what looks an artist named Gerst or it could be Jist. The writing is in pencil and very difficult to read. Are you familiar with this print or artist? It appears to be an ink stretch. Any information you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Karen
