I personally have had my FILL of my KODAK all in one 5500.
Every time I go to use the memory card reader, I spend OVER THREE HOURS on the phone to IDIOTS IN INDIA, that cannot fix my issue.
Did this yesterday:
removed software, reinstalled software, answered REPEATEDLY the same questions for THREE HOURS [I HATE CUE CARDS].
The card reader only worked once.
Put a different card it???? IT ERRED OUT AND SAID THERE WERE NO NEW PICS ON THE DEVICE.
THERE WERE 357 NEW PICS ON THAT CARD
I WANT SOMEBODY FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO CONTACT ME FOR A SOLID SOLUTION.
I'M TIRED OF DEALING OFF OF AMERICAN SOIL AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KODAK PRODUCT
