I own a 1975 Evenrude 50hp Sizzler. The problem that I have is the motor runs great but when I give it the throttle it doesn't go any faster. I replaced the prop with a new one and the problem still exists. It feels like a clutch that is slipping. I've had the lower unit off and I don't see any wear, Any Idea's
