I lived in San Diego when this happened and I am so happy that he will not be allowed parole again for 15 years. I think about Cara's family often, to have lost such a lovely daughter in the prime of her life. I always wondered why Peyer's wife stood by him with all of the evidence against him. Did she ever divorce him and if not, is she allowed conjugal visits with him? I certainly hope not.
