I live on Allis Road in Mills County Iowa. I live about 500 yards from the Missouri River. The Sherriffs dept informed us that on June 20, 2011 this area will be considered a Red Zone and will require evacuation. What process do I use to request a FEMA trailer and can I set up the trailer on a friends property that is not far away from my current location.
