I live nearby and wish to use the bush area for walking and for riding my horse. THis bush area is now under SEQWA's management I believe. Cedar Lake Equestrian Centre have the sole legal right to access the trail rides since commencement of the Dam work (I believe). To gain access to this area now we have to go through the Cedar Lake Equestrian centre and they say we cannot have access because of their insurance considerations. No one but the Cedar Lake Equestrian Centre have had access since the Dam work commenced.
My question is: will this area be opened up to the public as it was previously and if not why not?
