California Red-legged Frog

I live in a condo complex where many red-legged frogs are living in our man-made lake. These past few months we are seeing many tadpoles jumping in the grass and in the driveways at night and in the early morning. Is this is a sign they have moved out of the lake, looking for a safer environment? Our lake has a lot of algae and I wonder if the filtering system is adequate for their survival. I do hear them sing all night so I know many are surviving. But I am wondering if we need to have the area looked at by a biologist.

I think it's common for frogs to jump in this manner, but if you're concerned then have the area looked at by a biologist.
